By accessing or using Muld's services, including our website, mobile application, payment cards, and any other services offered by Muld Technologies Ltd. ("Muld", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Muld services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of a supported jurisdiction
  • Complete our identity verification process (KYC)
  • Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions
  • Not have had a previous Muld account terminated for violations

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Muld account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services

Muld provides the following services:

  • Cryptocurrency wallet and custody services
  • Fiat on-ramp and off-ramp services
  • Payment card services (virtual and physical)
  • Over-the-counter (OTC) trading
  • Staking and yield-generating products
  • AI-powered financial tools

5. Fees

Muld charges fees for certain services as disclosed in our fee schedule. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of our services, including network fees for blockchain transactions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Muld services for:

  • Illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Market manipulation
  • Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Distribution of malware or malicious code
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency assets are subject to high market risk and price volatility. The value of your assets can go up or down. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding cryptocurrencies is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Muld Technologies Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
